Say what you want but anyone who has ever done an intense conditioning session knows how hard what they are doing is. Chael might be hated, but the guy is a beast
wow thats good training alot of fuckin mental training for chael no wonder all the trash talk never bothers him or from his opponent he stays focused when the fight starts amazing
@filipinoking55 It's not like Okami quit. He's doing the same exercises as Chael. They don't have the same kinds of physical strengths so it makes sense that Okami might not be as fast as Chael is at some of these work outs.
@AlexZwier7 I don't know if he's in better shape or if Chael's just naturally more explosive. When they were both getting up from the sidemount, Chael when for an explosive scramble, and Yushin went for a technical reversal. Just different styles/personalities.
the trainer should be quiet & let the chael bring it from within,its only going to be him fighting in the ring ,when the going is gonna get tough its up to him to finish hard
Yushin needed more mental training then physical. He jus gave Anderson waaay too much respect & allowed him to dictate the fight. Chael doesnt hav that prob but if he doesnt work on his sub def he should at least learn to pass guard to avoid more subs!
@seekthetruthsheeple you now people have said that for every fight for years. but can you imagin if all brazilians would loose on ufc 134, on home ground? lol at that!
I love Chael but he lost his chance last time. Anderson has figured him out. I'll be rooting for Chael but I think he had a better chance at winning last time.

@Ryan. Any fighter someone isnt a fan of can be called over rated, silva is over rated.and i think he is a great fighter, still over rated tho. Hes, imo, never fought anyone in the ufc that would make fight. Hendo gave him a bit.of a fight for a round, sonnen is the only guy to beat him up and fight him hard. And my post was sarcastic, cos clearly chael sonnen tells the truth all the time( sarcastic f**k aint i :-) ) he does train like a bear tho.
Some of you guys are wrong about silva and sonnen. It looks like sonnen dominated because there is something called the ref who stops fights. Without a ref, the first fight would've ended with sonnen choked the f out. The second with him knocked the f out on the ground. So who dominated whom??
what are you talking about? did you even see the fight between anderson and sonnen in 2010? lol... i assume not.. but since you didnt see it i will let ya know what happen sonnen had anderson on his back in the fetal position dominating him for five whole rounds.. lol... for reall? no challenge at all for sonnen lol.. do a little research man comeon dont act like a dumby!!!!
