Brazilians are racist and jealous towards Americans. I learned this from my own experiences. I live in a city in the US with one of the largest Brazilian communities and I learned Portuguese from being around them for 20 years. I've gone to lots of Brazilian bbq parties, i have lots of Brazilian neighbors and I've had them make racist remarks in front of my face not knowing I know Portuguese and I never let them know I understand bc I know how sneaky they are and I want to see what they have to say.. I've been nothing but good to those people but they don't care and also they stick together no matter what the situation. I lived in my condo for 10 years now and have know some of my Brazilian neighbors for many years and once a new Brazilian neighbor who they don't know moves in they will treat that person better then you even though you've known them for many years. Their fake ness also shows in their body language, the fake smiles, the fake laughs and how I realized it is seeing their interaction with another Brazilian person and with us American neighbors so I know they're not being genuine. And I'm not the only American they act this way with where I live, it's all of us Americans here. I'll give you an example of a actual situation I was in dealing with a racist Brazilian.. I went to a Brazilian bbq with a friend I had at the time, at the party she was in a different area while I was in the kitchen eating sitting down with other people I didn't know and there was a man there with his teenage daughter.. The man turns to me and says "are you Brazilian?" I told him no and then he turns to everyone in the kitchen saying in Portuguese "who brought the American prostitute?!" Then he starts laughing and that time I couldn't not say anything because I want to knock him out of his chair so I let him know that I understood what he said and he said he was kidding! I was like no you weren't because you thought I wouldn't understand you. He felt stupid and his face turned red. I was just disgusted especially bc the fact he had his teenage daughter with him and that's how he was behaving in front of her. I'm not saying every Brazilian is like this but I learned a large percentage of them are especially the ones that weren't born here and came here illegally, those are the ones that have the most shit to say which I find funny because they're in America illegally trying to live the American dream. Hypocrites 🤭😆
