This is a CHALLENGE, a test of your muscular endurance. This challenge will in the process increase muscular endurance and burn BODYFAT. This challenge is for MEN & WOMEN ! The challenge is to complete 3 exercises done in sync (Jumping jack, mountain climbers, push-ups) done exactly as i did in this video starting at 10 with each exercise and dropping a rep each set all the way to 1, NON-STOP ! But you must do it in under 3 minutes without compromising your form. i have shown my best time from start to finish.
