The only place to go to is Linton Tweeds. They are the best and have made for Chanel for decades. Nothing comes close to the quality of fabric and level of service they offer. I've used their fabrics professionally for over 30 years now.
That is odd. I haven't ordered from them in years but from memory, the admin staff to get overwhelmed when busy. Maybe email back with your order number and they will be able to take it from there.
