Extra tip. Don’t replace the plastic cover until you have filled new oil and run engine for a few minuets. Then check for leaks. If no leaks. Good to go replace the plastic cover.

Hi @Ben Underwood, for a Polo 5 1.2 TSI, we either recommend : - Motul specific SAE 5W30 : amzn.to/34ENKxK or - Motul 8100 Eco Clean 0 W-30 : bit.ly/oil8100ECOCLEAN0W30en You can check in the description of the video all the parts you need to change the oil on your Polo.
