Changing Career (Lessons from my Experience)

There are so many reasons why people change jobs today, while majority go after higher pay, leaving toxic environment and opportuinity to try out new things are also other common reasons I have seen.
What then happens when you get combinations of many reasons? e.g. Better pay and opportunity to try out new things or any other combination out there?
Let me share my personal experience.
I started my career as a Retail Credit Analyst. I have knowledge of the financial services industry especially Loan services.
Because of my passion and interest for data, I took up an opportunity that came with a higher pay + the desired career. That's amazing right?
I had a very accelerated growth in this new role because it was a mixed of passion + reward for growth. In 3 years and few months, I moved to a Unit head with lots of accolades.
From zero Certifications to 15+ Certifications. My life changed.
In this video, I document my experience and shared helpful tips about career change.

To answer the first question, I would say that if I lose my job today, I am confident of getting another job as currently in my present job, I am building my skills, learning and growing through certifications, conferences and working on projects, On the second question, a lot of people know about the skills I possess but while you were speaking, It occurred to me that my target audience(i.e people who need my skills the most) do not really know much about the skills I possess so that is something I have to work on and lastly on the evidences of my skill, I love the example you used, this is why i strongly work on building portfolio(its like i always say, let your work speak for you) and from your video, you helped prove to me that I am on the right track. Thank you always😇, Can't wait to engage the rest of the videos coming.😃
