Awsome video I'm still going strong I might be drinking a little too much but I'm 75 days or more off of so boxen I don't smoke grass but I've got to slow down again I quit there for a while and then it kind ages creeped back into my life keep doing what you're doing my brother your awsome

I was wondering the same thing. What he said reminded me of Wayne Dyer, but there are a lot of authors out there whose works are based on that concept. Maybe Ryan could give us some recommendations...

The first self-help book I ever read that started my change was "The Four Agreements" by Don Miguel Ruiz but I love Dr. Wayne Dyer, Catherine Ingram, Eckhart Tolle.
