I think most people just need a break from the information and miss information going around lately. When we turn on the news or social media, it seems like the world is ending, but if we just go out you can see that people are kind, the birds are singing and people still love one another. Channels like yours help break negative patterns and make us focus on what really matters. Please keep doing what you do, we need more inspiring, fun and real people like you.

I actually took a break from the news, internet and tv in general a few weeks back. I just watched DVDs and read books. Changed a few things around in my home. It was so nice. Reminded me of the old days when we didn't have social media. I may start doing that every few months or so. I don't think a lot of people realize that they can shut most of that down for a bit. It will be there when you want to come back. (Edit) I took two weeks off just so you know.

I've also noticed have grumpy people are I try to smile (through my mask) at people, or say hi Seems like everyone is mad. I understand, we are all tired of this crap. Make the best of it.

Sure does Rebecca I HAVE anxiety and depression and this is killing me even more just thinking about this and I have a low immune system I have Lupus and rheumatoid arthritis so for me it's just bothering me maybe more than some people it does I know how I feel about it and it's not a good feeling I saw my counselor yesterday and I was fine when I left there but then again all I hear and see drives me crazy

My father-in-law (born in the early 1900s) in northern N.J. was in an church orphanage for several years with his brother and sister when his mother died. They had no close relatives and their father could not take care of them and work nor afford to hire help. They saw each other on weekend only. So orphanages in the US have even been for children with parents.

As a single without kids, it's always fun to look to your tribe. It's giving me a hole lot of energy, specially during these times of never ending lockdowns and only 1 person allowed to visit during all these months. If i step out of my apartment i have to ware a mask everywhere i go. Only essential stores open, hair not coloured or cut since march by now. Times like these make me mis not having a familie to keep me sane. Lovely kids you have.

I've watched for a long time but have never commented. I adore watching your family, Sarah and Solo. Even more, I adore the fact that there is an orphanage owned by your family. I did not realize this before this video. Our family has been familiar with Compassion International for many, many years. I also enjoyed watching last week about the Miller family and hope to keep up with them.
