I voted for Chaos. Always bet on Chaos. I feel sorry for the ones who voted for Six Samurai, but... Chaos always ends up being underestimated. That deck certainly pulls over its weight.
I dunno if you can call sacking the shit out of the opponent pulling its weight. Opening Duo then topdecking snatch steal at those exact moments to steal 2 games Chaos shouldn't be winning but it's ability to just sack the shit out of the opponent randomly somehow manages to get it wins.

Like i always say, there's a reason why half of the cards in Chaos are banned, it doesn't matte rthat the other deck is more consistent or can do more stuff when half of the cards in Chaos are win conditions if you resolve them.
@@Weareonenation303 Yeah Duelist Alliance and like Ruler/Dark World is the cut off for when Chaos sacking shenanigans doesnt work as much. Chaos is heavy on using advantage spell, so when they meet the floating shenanigans of those stuff, or "delinquent duo against Dark world lol" its when shit hits the fan
People voting still have no idea how strong Chaos was with the trinity. That's why so many of those cards were banned. Show players why Last Turn was a problem
I'm not. Chaos could win it's side AGAIN this year and people would still vote against it even when it's up against decks like Demise OTK and such. People see newer years and 90% of the time just go with that deck.

I voted for Six Sam thinking that it was the build that played Elder of the Six Samurai and Asceticism because it can turbo out Naturia Beast, but this list is way different than the ones I've seen used in the past
Every time Chaos plays people doubt it. If Ive learned anything from watching this series for years, it’s that Chaos is one of the best decks of all time!
Once again, always vote Chaos. I've made that mistake before and I'm not making it again. Fire Fist 3-1 in the next match. Synchro Cat does have access to it's floodgates, which could help, but Fire Fist is just much faster and much more powerful.
I always loved chaos, and I voted for it. But it doesn’t mean I don’t know chaos’s limitations, one negate from six sam is not going to be enough. New does not always mean better until dragon rulers came around.
On my hands and knees lithium. Please please please give us a modern six Sam deck list next year. The original one you had posted for this year looked so promising. The nostalgia effect for this deck is nothing but rose tinted glasses. I love six Sam's and have been playing it since the beginning. They have come such a long way and have more than just nostalgia going for them.
The issue with the first list he posted is that it would have been too mediocre for modern formats, but too overpowered for older formats where Six Sam's main weaknesses are barely a thing at all.
Folks who voted on Six Sam definitely haven't seen Chaos's past performances in the Cup, they consistently take down any pre-2014 deck, and have even taken games off of 2016 decks. It's only 2017 True King Dino and beyond where they start to cap out. They were the champion last year for a good reason! I was honestly really surprised to see Sams with such a big voting edge. Next match, pretty close one with everything at stake. Six sam has to hope for a close one while Chaos has to hope for a 3-1 or 3-0. That Rescue cat decklist looks super clean, surprisingly modern deckbuilding actually with 3 of all the best cards. Gotta give it to the Cat!
I can understand all the folks betting against Chaos. Six Sam being known for that once per turn spell/trap negate makes it seem so solid into a deck built on power spells. I still bet on Chaos though, because like we saw, every spell is a must negate, so one per turn isn't enough
Having actually played Six Sam's format i kinda know this is exactly what would happen lol Sam requires to go off with one of the gateways being unsearchable and even then they have to contend with double power spell threat. The fact that most of the duel here had Sam failing to establish Shien - Kizan - Magatama make it even worse
People seriously disrespect just how broken a deck full of old spells can be against a deck that isn’t full of modern interactions, there’s a reason they’re banned!
Six sam with no way to make beast vs the OP spell deck would indeed have it get sacked by said OP spells Honestly the proper play in game 4 might have been to just let Raigeki resolve since you did lose twice to snatch steal.
Why on Earth did anyone vote for a deck which has one measly spell negation? It's interesting that it took Konami 12 years to make multiple decks as fast as Chaos.
I already knew chaos would win before I even watched this lol it’s funny I bet most of the people who vote are the modern yugioh players that think” hey six samurai is recent so I’m voting that they will win” people really thought six samurai had a chance against chaos is just too funny 😂 also chaos has made it to the top in recent cross banlist cup I believe they were in the finals last year or the year before
6:13 Didn't matter in the end, but I believe that Shi En is not able to destroy the other six sam that was summoned off of the trap during the end phase to protect itself. So you could've just beat over Grandmaster and then he would've lost both Shi En and the other six sam during the end phase.
