I won't pretend to know anything about running a RU-vid channel for a living, but releasing two videos a week sounds brutal. Obviously you've got Jenn and Murray to help part-time, but I don't know how sustainable it is with how much you guys push for high quality videos. Regardless of all that, I hope you have a cracking time at Adepticon, and I can't wait to see what's next!

That outro had me chuckling. Poor editor! Those claws certainly made the feet more aggressive.

Honestly, I'm loving the plastic Horus Heresy kits. They're amazing. I've been playing with the mk VI tactical squad, and it's just a pleasure to build.

I'm in the process of doing the same. Waiting for Kill Team Nightmare to come out to give mine Night Lord heads. Biggest challenge is fitting some of the larger trimmed shoulder pads under the jump pack.

With the rumored Emperor's Children Codex release , I hope the raptors are one of the new models released with it, those models have always had a Slaneesh vibe

Great video, reminds me of years ago I think around 4th-5th ed I had a chaos army for my raptors I used the Carrion wings from the tomb kings to give them old dead and rotting looking wings and it helped bulk up the models some and gave them a fun chaos feel.

YAY! Raptors are some of my favorite units in all of chaos, i just love their feral old look with the screaming beak helmets, i kinda dislike the current raptors as they are covered in so so much trim, I know that this conversion will end up great!

i may be a loyalist but i can aprieciate dave's work here and yeah greenstuff can be an utter beast that sometimes just doesn't want to work with you on your build. I have had so much trouble getting it to work right on some projects and on others it will be a breeze, also had the same experience with miliput though (certainly did on a recent model the stuff just did not want to behave the way it has on other occasions

I did this to my box of assault marines as well! I already had a squad of warp talons and wanted my raptors to stand out. Loved the process

Hey, for after you sculpt greenstuff: once dry, scrape off excess with back of knife or front if your nasty, then use liquid green stuff over the whole area. Probably like 3 coats with a bit of sanding between them.

Is it weird that seeing an expert struggle makes me feel better about my own (lack of) skills? xD Great stuff, looking forward to the next one!

For April, people should do a word bearer, and the main theme of this project is Bird. Having feathers somewhere, a finger pose, drones that look like things the internet calls drones, maybe dancing?

I thought the camera arm to the left of your face Dave was a big Contemptor/dreadnaught arm at first glance. I was like "what madness have they begun now?"

Honestly... The new+old kits actually mesh together really surprisingly. You'd always expect newer models to clash visually with older kits but these boys look pretty damn natural.

A great and simple ehey to do bone in using a base coat if wrath bone then one layer of contrast skeleton hord 👍.

Dark vengence chaos marines were pretty good size. I haven't gotten the new legion box so I'd love to see the size difference between them and dark vengence marines.

I recomend not mix ghe blue and yellow part in equals parts, use less blue part if your green stuff is old

For me, the old Raptors always had that "edgelord" vibe with too much going on for the small bodies they had. These look so much more impressive, natural and as if it was always meant to be like this. You got a really good eye for proportions and just the right amount of flair.
