I actually paused after they ordered yo research the drinks for context... Scotch on the Rocks is pretty simple, but it is just American Whiskey on ice for those who don't know. Samuel Adams is actually an American brand beer. Samuel Jackson is a Sam Adams mixed with rum apparently, but this one doesn't actually look like a typical/official thing.
Addendum: there are a few notable differences between scotch and other forms of whiskey. Scotch is made and bottled specifically in Scotland (hence the name,) typically distilled from malted barley as opposed to other grains, aged at least three years in oak barrels, and must have a minimum alc/vol% of 40. Anything not meeting these requirements is just pretending to be Scotch.
This skit is why Bill in real life is deaf or has hearing loss in that ear - Dave was so fucking loud as Sam Jackson, he gave him hearing loss because of all the takes

His comedy lacks any intellect and his jokes are low hanging fruit designed for a slack jawed audience. Bill Burr on the other hand is now and always has been absolutley hilarious.
