OMG, I know this was six years ago, but in light of today, his comment about how Buyers will never sign an agreement before you show them a house is quite funny.
Another great video. With regard to the broker being a sub agent of a firm, is that only true in NC? Or is that true all over the country. Is that true in TN? If so, why do people call themselves “real estate agents” if no one is actually an agent?
