I have had a very challenging time trying to understand the difference between exclusive right to sell, exclusive agency listing, and open listing... GREAT explanation and now I finally get it! Thank you, Travis.

Thank you, Travis!!! I just got my MD real estate license, and it’s thanks to you! Your videos were extremely helpful, before them I was so lost, especially since English isn’t my first language, you really helped me out understand everything. Will continue to watch your videos because I think you give an amazing advices from the real world when it comes to real estate. I took a real estate classes before, and they just thought us how to pass this exam following the book. And I was so confused and didn’t learn anything after my class was over. You gave so many helpful information that anyone can understand. Thank you so much! 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

Mr. Everette, thank you for loving your profession because it shows. You make everything sound so logically amazing. The way I'm studying for my state exam, is having my real estate book in front of me while listening to your videos, and taking notes. I'm from Miami, but I just weed out the NC laws and replace them with the Florida laws. And it works out perfectly. God bless you and your brain!

Watchin Mr. Everette's videos is helpin me tremendously!

At 1:12:00 he says "hire an appraiser". Would the real estate agent have to pay for that? Or could the seller pay for it??

Sometimes it can be hard to hear legitimate questions and your responses to them in these videos when people near the camera are constantly talking with each other and laughing and giggling while people are asking questions. It would be nice if you can remind people to be respectful of people watching these videos that actually want to be able to hear questions and your replys to them.

Man he's teaching a class of 20 or more people. There will be some joking and talking. Just comes with the territory. Travis's loyalty I'm sure goes to both the viewer and the people in class. However, let's be honest, people in the class pay to be there. He's not going to harp every time someone talks or laughs. A good relationship with the students is his priority. If that means overlooking a few laughs here and there then I'm sure he is willing to do it. No one wants to take a class with someone who is constantly harping. Something that I would recommend to Travis is try using a different mic to filter background noise and possibly letting students talk into a mic when asking questions.

Cody Walters exactly. If my instructor was irritated at me laughing I’d report him.
