Slow smoking some steaks on the Char-Griller 980 Gravity Series.
Seasoned up the steaks with Operation BBQ Texas SPG Rub.
Fired up the Char-Griller 980 to 225 Degrees.
Smoked the steaks until internal temp was at least 125 degrees.
Let them rest for about 15 Minutes and then sliced them up and had a great dinner.
