I think this is my favorite lesson thus far. I am imagining someone melting as they are honestly given the info about being admired. I can see how that would be dangerous for someone to use who wasn't saying it authentically. It would feel, I suspect, like a punch in the face. Very powerful ideas, Kevin. Thank you.

The central theme seems to be giving them external validation & reinforcement for whatever trait that sounds admirable and may suit the speaker’s purpose.

Yes and be careful to fill in all the puzzle pieces. Person A must get as much or more than Person B (you) out of every exchange in communication. If that occurs then you have grasped the point completely.

Brilliant playlist and series Sir, I must have watched the series at least a half a dozen times to embed the techniques, which I have been utilising to great success. Thank you for taking the time and care to demonstrate the techniques in a variety of ways without the inevitable sales pitches. The greatest gift you can give anyone is to teach them something new. One thing Kevin, I was wondering if you have anything more on how to handle envy and jealously of people who perceive you as a threat or having something they do not possess. I have found already in the short time that I have been utilising some of your techniques that that I have started to get greater exposure to Senior Management time, and invited along to more meetings. Seemingly because my words are now deemed as profound, whereas in reality the ideas, have always been there, but utilising your techniques are getting them Noticed. However as the video idea suggests I have already noticed that I am being seen as a threat by some to their own future chances of progression. I am sure that you already know (is this phrase copyright LOL !!) that this is a natural reaction, but needs to be considered as something that needs to managed as an outcome of your courses. You don't have to be a genius to notice charisma i see it everywhere in a lot of normal people everyday "you see it first then you feel it" Charisma is The feel good factor everyone can feel good and feel excited at the same time you just have to practice practice til it's automatic just like breathing you can choose weather you consciously control charisma or let it happen all by it self then forget about it be nice to people respect people compliment people

Hi Kevin, it seems to me all these language fragments have this 1 thing in common. "Notice the best in people around you and verbalize it?" On top of that it seem the intent behind these patterns is to make people feel special/unique? Am I right ? Seems to me it would be useful learning the behaviour with the intent to be percieved as more charismatic.
