It won't happen. She's a horrible person but there's no evidence of her direct involvement in the crime, and it's entirely possible that she wasn't directly involved. She certainly was aware that her brother joked, or talked about, hiring a hitman---she's admitted that in court---but beyond that there appears to be little or no proof of her involvement beyond bitching about her ex-husband. That set in motion the conspiracy--and that may have been her goal---but that sort of instigation is not a crime unless she was specifically involved in the planning of the crime. Charlie is the only person who could implicate her, if she was involved, and he's not going to do that. He organized the murder to help his sister--be the "good brother"--so he's going to take the fall for the tight-knit family in the way that good brothers/sons do. Neither Wendi nor her mother--who seemingly /was/ directly involved in the conspiracy--will ever be charged.

It is very gratifying to see Charlie in chains, flanked by attorneys who will rack up billable hours into the $$$millions, thus ensuring that Charlie's fortune is stripped and his lawyers end up with his safe full of stapled money.
Unfortunately, there is no such thing as justice for the victim. True justice would be for him to get his life back which isn't possible. It's more like justice for his loved ones...I suppose.
Unfortunately as much as I believe a conviction against Donna could happen due to evidence the state has previously accumulated I dont think Charlie would allow it. Once his mom is arrested or mentioned in any serious manner I think he would make a deal to plead guilty & take all the blame. UNLESS hes already charged. They would need to wait till hes charged before arresting anyone else or hed attempted to take all blame & it would be very hard to convince 12 people they knew PRIOR & assisted in the crimes & not just AFTER etc...

What did it for me, is when the police say there was a shooting at your ex husbands house, she is calm. How did she know WHEN? The boys were with him the night before. He had taken them and dropped them off, went to the gym and then was shot when he returned home. My first response, and I think any parent would say "OMG ARE MY KIDS OK"? Also, she saw police cars by his house that morning. Did she try to call Dan to make sure he and the boys were ok? NOPE SURE DIDN'T! Her call to her mom 1 min long if that. My mom would have had many questions. It was a rehearsed and quick call. I'm sure her mom was already packed and waiting by the phone.
CA must be hugely crushed sitting there hearing all the evidence against him. He was such the golden boy in his family, his career and in his lifestyle. Now he's sitting there crushed. Demoralized. Humiliated. Broken. Gonna spend the rest of his life in prison. Way to go. Now on to Wendi and Donna. And Harvey knew something to be having this type of conversation.

Yes, Charlie’s defense if it goes through trial will easily be $1+ million if he’s getting billed by the hour (versus a lump sum/cap). What’s best for Charlie is flip and get a reduced sentence, plus will be much cheaper on legal fees (but maybe it is not relevant for Charlie as he won’t have access to his $$ for at least 20 years (if he flips) at which point he’ll be pretty old for his playboy lifestyle and maybe never if he does flip (in which case he’s guaranteed life).
With the Arthur hearing it appears the only defense the attorney had was the poor me tapes. Poor Charlie that he had problems with the M3 player and the thousands of hours of poor 🙄Charlie had to listen to. Then the 53 million 🤓pages of documents for Poor Charlie to review which according to his attorney is nearly impossible and apparently wants the “judge” to take judicial notice of how difficult this will be for “poor Charlie “ to get through them. I’m very curious to what kind of defense they will have after the poor me (Charlie) tapes run dry and the documents will incriminate Charles beyond a reasonable doubt. There will be no practical magic tricks and no holes barred that can save him from the Barracudas Georgia Cappleman and Sarah Dugan when they come out swinging. It’s going to be very interesting who’s flipping (or not) to get a sweeter deal. I’m personally hoping all the Adelson’s go down and the Markel family will get justice for Dan. I’m praying that the karma slap in the face for everyone responsible will be heard around the world and then some 🙏

Charlie was Wendi’s patsy because she knew that Charlie was capable of doing something like this for her. I don’t think that Charlie was interested or had any personal benefits in killing Dan. He was busy and happy with his own life: work, good money, sex appeal, many girls friends, lots of money, lots of holidays… he didn’t need anything else. It was Wendi that wanted Dan vanished because of the problems he was giving her. As a narcissist she felt that she was grossly inconvenienced. That’s what princesses did in the old times. Any one who they didn’t like they would order that he is killed. So she did. Poor Charlie at first downplayed her demands and told her: “here you go have a tv it’s cheaper than hiring a hitman”. But that was a bad joke for Wendi who actually did need a hitman. So at the end when Dan filed law cases that could find her guilty of certain wrongdoings and she could lose her law practicing license that’s what tipped her over. She demanded from Charlie who’s mum also pressured him to do something to kill Dan for Wendi. Wendi knew everything. She knew the plan, she knew details and she even visited the crime scene on the day to ensure her job was completed. She and her mother should be in prison. Poor Charlie he was a victim too like the poor Katie and the hitmen who were always hunting for money they never had- even at the cost of killing 🤪😜😝

This case reminds me of the Leon Jacobs case in Texas. Leon Jacobs and Charlie Adelson could be related as narcissistic relatives Luckily in the Jacobs case nobody was murdered. This fella reminds me of a special needs lad that i knew around the corner from me, same detached facial expressions as if he's in his own world, and had delusions of grandeur where he'd be telling everyone in a club that he were more important that the prime minister and other weird stuff. It was like he was trying to garner friends this way and would invariably end up in the mental health hospital because he got out of control. Its all a facade behind a weak individual so much so that i believe he'll do life for his family. It were Game over before it even begun with this fella.
