This was before post modern miley and the clinton generals. But then again, he never made general. Was it already on the way down?

Vietnam I would say or even Korea because people in leadership were not held to account for there poor choices and desicions in their service! Same thing happened when I was in Afghanistan, leaders knew the war was a shitshow but told back home everything was hunky dory , and what 3 trillion dollars later . Wheres the success or results?

Here's what I want to know, how is it that he would pass of natural causes at only 65? Second it seems like he is highly supportive of resistance to the NWO yet, you would think none of this would be new to him being such a high level fella as it is implied here that prior to their conversations he was unaware of a few things. I have to wonder if he was getting political and possibly "retired" in order to not be a threat in that arena by the political establishment. Either way, that man was the Pat Tillman of his time (passed on pro football with Green Bay for the military) except he survived a full and distinguished career. I have infinite intrigue and respect for Col Beckwith.

The margin to the left in the video says, "originally aired 199?" From the Web, = 'Charles Alvin "Charlie" Beckwith (January 22, 1929 - June 13, 1994) was a career U.S. Army Special Forces officer; created Delta Force, for the US Army.' ... In 1962, he had leptospirosis; the doctors said curtains. .... In 1966 he took a .50 caliber bullet through his abdomen and lived. ... Some people are tough.

@@JohnSmith-hm7eh Apparently he was shot by the VC who used a former Soviet heavy machine called the Copter killer which was a 12.7x108mm round or .51 cal. Slightly larger than your garden variety 50-cal. Colonel Beckwith had an uncanny ability to survive situations/afflictions most people could not…from near lethal infections in the jungles of Malaya in the early 60s training with the British 22SAS (gave him the inspiration behind founding and forming Delta) to taking enemy fire and a .51 cal machine gun round through his abdomen in 1966. He was one tough solder who harder than steel; a great man by any measurement…

From my understanding, it was not a competitor in the traditional sense, but was the "back stop" until "the unit" became functional. As soon as Delta became active then Blue Light was disbanded. This is just what I have read from Beckwith's autobiography and some videos from Rusty Firmin (22 SAS operator brought over to train the original Delta operators).
