I restored all titles and intertitles, and re-edited the public domain music. So the film now belongs to me. That's right. No one can copy it without my written permission, or else face the wrath of my ambulance chasing shyster lawyers.
You know you can't actually own this film, it belongs to the Chaplins because its Charlie Chaplin. You may have edited it but that just makes this version of the film yours. You can't go claiming the actual film as yours. And yes, a rare moment indeed to see Charlie not playing the Little Tramp. :) Though he still had to give himself a mustache! Even in his very first film ('Making a Living') he had to have a mustache! :D Thank you for sharing.
