Billy Mitchell and Roy Shildt - if these are prime examples of hardcore video game players, then I'm glad I'm not trying to reach for a world high score on something. I'm happy to be just a normal dude who loves to hop into his garage and play Yars' Revenge or Moon Patrol on my beloved Atari 2600. Y'know, for FUN.
Isn't 80 million something the current top Missile Command score? I know this is a few years old, but if that is true, Mister Awesome must feel like shit! Though I agree with his viewpoints of Mitchell. First of all, he maybe the king of classic video games, but so what? They are supposed to be fun and somewhat competitive.
