I'm so sorry to hear about your brother-in-law passing. 😢 Sometimes, it's hard to understand what employers are thinking. You had very legitimate reasons for missing work and working from home. Don't ever worry about putting out a tutorial that someone else has just done. That is bound to happen. Yesterday, I was trying a couple of different techniques to substitute for a starting chain 3 on a double crochet row. I watched four different crocheters. Everyone explains things a bit differently, and I hunt around for the one that makes the most sense to me. Take care, Alana. 💕

Hi Alana! I'm so sorry for your family's loss. That sucks about your verbal warning at work. I worked in an administrative position for a large corporation and had to hand out discipline regularly. Sometimes there are circumstances that can't be helped but policies have to be upheld for everyone otherwise there could be a discrimination issue. I wouldn't be too upset about it. It doesn't sound like it is a pattern for you. Generally discipline drops off after 12 months of there are no more incidents. At least that has been my experience. This is probably way more than you need to hear from me lol. I can't believe someone would report you over a dollar or 79 cent purchase that they clearly didn't understand. I'm sure things will start turning around for you, stay positive! Have a great week 😊
