Calf raises are much easier to do with Clench plate and a bar. Great video

Hi Dave, i like your videos, so motivation and energetic. I waiting for my bands to arrive to do all the workouts i have watched in your channel. But it seems it takes too long for shipping my bands from Torroband. i wonder if this is normal. Hope you reply to this comment thank you so much.

Yes, due to the demand the shipping is taking a very long time. I’m so sorry for the delay. They truly are good bands, but they have been taking up to a month or more. Hopefully they can get their inventory situation fixed and get them out sooner.

I only have a set of bands that have the handles… can these exercises all be done with those somehow? I don’t want to buy a whole different type of band or that plate!

I love all the content and fantastic reviews. I have been looking at the sleeved safety bands for shoulders. Have you done reviews on FitCord, CrossOver Symetry, and Stroops? I was wondering about those as I have seen a video on Stroops where they attached and dropped a heavy weight and it did not break but it did break one of the un sleeved naked bands.

I wasn't feeling the burn with the resistance bands until I started using my sissy squat machine as a platform to pull from. It makes a big difference, but I wasn't about to spend $100+ on some fancy board or make one myself.

I think a piece of 3/4” plywood would work and a lot cheaper than that plate.
