Wonderful shops like this can still earn money and pay the rent. Salute to brick and mortar men's grooming shops. Thanks for taking us along. Safe travels!
Yes it's great isn't it? There is almost always people in the shops both getting a haircut or a shave and buying products. I think they are also important flagships for the online sales.
Thank you for doing the video tour! I live in the U.S. and am new (under 4 months) to the wet shaving scene. I am 54 and regret I never got into it sooner. Seeing all the products online from all the top companies is great, but your tour really gives you a much better perspective. Thank you!
Wow, my Pride has exploded Johan. TRADITIONAL WET SHAVING. Not Modern Traditional Wet Shaving. These last cpl of videos have blown me away, So proud Johan! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
@0:50 - That is a BIG brush for a BIG face! If memory serves, I believe the Eucris was Ian Fleming's scent (but that might be wrong). Nice and fresh but I think I prefer the GFT. Good to see that British humour is alive and well even in shops where they sell very sharp objects.
I’ve tried nearly every shave cream razor . Thankfully I was introduced to Prorazor truly amazing can’t believe the price it is by far the best shave cream I’ve ever used it leaves your face moisturised very very happy with this product
Oh my goodness! Taking Transatlantic cruise in early April and will wind up for several days in London prior to flying home! Perfect timing for me 😊 thank you!
I had decided beforehand what to purchase in each shop and I stuck to that, just like I do when I go grocery shopping. If the list says "and other good stuff" I don't buy anything.
Good video Johan. The Arlington cream scent is top draw as is the Eucris cream and Apsley cologne. Sure you’ll be happy with those. Did you manage to check out Santa Maria Nouvella ?
Thanks Moses. I has Santa Maria as the next stop but ran out of time. I will be back to London again soon I hope and then I think I will start over there.
This was great to see. I'll probably never get to visit in person! It seems all the brush handles seem to come in the same shape at every shop but with different branding. Who really produces them?
