Today i'm going to unbox, test and review the Checkme Smart Arm Blood Pressure Monitor BP3 C1
Hopefully my video will give you the information you need about this product.
The product comes inside a nice bag.
Inside you have:

USB to USB-C cable
User manual
1 year warranty card.
Now let's have a look a the blood pressure monitor.
It has a 5.5 inch large LCD display
This monitor can be powered using 4 AA batteries or using the USB to USB-C cable provided.
To use the batteries simply open the compartment at the back of the monitor and put your batteries in.
or use the USB to USB-C cable in the USB-C port on the side of the monitor.
The arm cuff fit arms from 22-45cm and you will need to connect the upper arm cuff to the monitor as illustrated.
This machine can monitor your blood pressure and pulse rate.
It can also detect irregular heartbeat during a measurement.
Now let's set it up.
First press and hold the start button for 3 seconds.
I can now set up the machine using the vihealth app or manually.
Let's do it manually so press the start button again.
Now let's set the year. You can use the up and down arrows to change it.
press the start button again to select the date and month format - i will leave it as it is.
Next adjust the Month.
Followed by the date
Choose the hours format - i will keep it in 24 hours format.
Then adjust hour
Followed by the minute
set the voice volume
Finally tap on the start button twice.
Now that i've completed the setup let's explore its features.
First tap on the user button.
This machine supports multiple users mode so it can be used by multiple members of the household.
Here you have user1, user 2 and G for guest.
Let's look at user 2 for example.
Now press on the memory button.
Here you can see the average reading for the last 7 days
This is the average systolic reading
This is the average diastolic reading
Finally this is the average pulse rate.
Also on the right hand side you will see your Blood Pressure trend chart for a clearer picture of weekly measurements trends.
Now press the memory button again.
This will display your latest reading. In my case it was my 5th reading.
This machine can save up to 250 historic readings per user.
Now let's take a blood pressure measurement.
whilst the screen is off remove any accessories from your hands & Roll up your sleeve to expose your skin.
Put on the cuff and make sure the bottom edge of the arm cuff is 2-3 cm above the inside elbow.
Sit upright and keep your feet flat uncrossed.
press the user button to select the user number
When you're ready press the start button.
As you can see i've completed my measurement successfully.
You can also connect your blood pressure machine to the Vihealth app.
this will allow you to sync your measurements with the app.
Under history you can see your daily, weekly, monthly and yearly measurements for your Blood pressure.
You can also see the same for pulse rate.
You can also download these readings in a pdf or csv format making it easy to share your readings with your doctor.
To do this press on more
tap on the tick icon on the top right side of the app.
Select the readings you want to download.
Then tap export.
You can now download your readings in a pdf or csv format.
Finally under profile you have third-party app.
This will allow you to sync your measurements with Google Fit.
Overall this device is a good addition to your home.
It's very easy to use and it gives accurate readings.
Being able to save and download historic data for multiple users is also a great addition
Also the 1 year warranty gives you a peace of mind.
It's important to note that you should always consult your doctor for any medical advice and never rely 100 percent on technology.
