Cheese Pies with yogurt dough

Make the most delicious cheese pies with super easy yogurt dough! They are crispy on the outside and with the cheese filling, it makes the pies even better!
Ingredients
1 dry yeast
1 tablespoon sugar
200 ml of milk
200 g of yogurt
200 ml oil
600 g flour
A little salt
Slice
Egg yolk
Sesame seeds
Implementation
Dissolve the yeast and sugar in the warm milk.
Add the yogurt, oil and stir.
Add half of the flour, a little salt and mix.
Slowly incorporate the remaining flour until it becomes a dough.
Cover with a towel and let it rest for 30 minutes.
When the dough is ready, shape it slightly and divide it into 2 parts.
Cut each part into 12 parts.
Press one end slightly and place feta (white cheese).
Fold the edges, wrap and place on a pan over non-stick paper.
Spread egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake at 180 degrees until their color turn to golden -brown.
