Simple and Delicious Cheese Potato Flatbread! No Yeast, No Eggs Required!
Ingredients:
- 90g Flour (3,17 oz).
- 55ml Milk (1,86 fl oz)
- a pinch of salt
- 10g melted butter (0.35 oz)
- 1 small potato
- 120g of cheese (4.23 oz).
Tips and Notes:
- It is better to use bread flour, but all-purpose flour can also be used.
- I prefer to add gouda cheese, but you can use any other cheese.
- I don't recommend adding too many potatoes. Even half a small potato will be enough.
- Roll out the dough to a 22-25cm diameter circle.
- Cook over medium to even medium-low heat.
- To get a crispy crust you can first bake the flatbread in the oven at 140°C (284°F) for 15-20 minutes and then fry until golden in a frying pan.
