Gaya ng buko pandan mo walang buko pero tinawag mo pa rin na "buko pandan" dapat pandan jelly nalang. Tapos dapat tawag mo na lang dito ay "Cheezy Gelatin" kasi ang maja ay gawa sa corn starch or giniling na mais. I'm not trying to offend you or anybody but let us not mislead the audience especially those who doesn't have any experience yet. I love to cook. My grandparents used to have a restaurant in the Philippines so I learned to cook as young as 6 yrs old. Then when I was in high school here in the US I took 1 year of home economics just to learn how to use herbs and spices as well as baking. I am really good at making native cakes made out of sweet rice. I like watching different techniques and styles of cooking because I like to try new recipes. I have a homecare so I'm always looking for easy dessert recipes. Please continue what you are doing because you are doing a good job. I'm just voicing out my opinion. Like my father used to say, "if you can't accept a constructive criticism" how can you get better? When I was learning how to cook dinengdeng, and if I put a Iot of water, he would call it " SWIMMIMG POOL".
