Hi po, thanks fo sharing this recipe. I want to try this using my rice cooker's steamer function. 30 mins p rin po ba I-steam pag ganun? And same measurement po b kung almond flour yung gagamitin?
Just sharing what I know... coconut flour should not have the same measurement with almond flour. AF to CF ratio is 3:1. CF is more absorbent than AF. You can read through this article. www.dietdoctor.com/low-carb/recipes/baking
If I want to make it bigger, I'll just need to double the amount of ingredients right? :) wala akong vanilla at nestle cream ATM, okay pa din kaya maging lasa?
I made one yesterday, Without APC at vanilla. Haha! Amoy puto, pero masarap pa din naman (for me). Pinalamanan ko nalang ng bacon para may alat. :) sa susunod try ko lagyan ng cheese na topings! Thank you for sharing your recipe! :)
For the same amount of almond flour (meaning same weight as coconut flour) you'll need more liquid since coconut flour absorbs more liquid than almond flour....try experiment with one less egg instead. If it's too thick, then you can try gradually add one-two tbs of water instead.
Bread? this recipe is for a cake....so pale, where is the crunchy of the crust? or fluffy soft bread?... Not an appetizing at all. I love bread, good bread is not bad at all if you eat it with moderation.
its low carb made of coconut flour which is more dense. you arent gonna get the same texture as regular flour...not to mention its steamed and not baked in an oven
