LT Ang you dont have to live in alaska to know what deer tastes like im from oklahoma cant remember when the last time was that my parents bought hamburger meat from the store weve always killed enough deer to have enough ground in the freezer to last us until next deer season as well as most of the time depending on how its cooked deer is a little tougher and tends to dry out very quickly if not cooked right do to the very lean meat where as buffalo often are more like wild cows and still have a decent amount of fat

Somehow I've become addicted to these videos. It feels kinda fun to have this playing while I cook. (But I also have a brand new house, an awesome kitchen, and for the first time ever, a good knife - just a santoku one but it's simply beautiful to use). Somehow when I'm in the kitchen, it's just as chaotic. My preference for cooking is apparently running around like a chicken with its head off, but at least I get some fucking exercise, I guess...

Prime example of why Scott got fired. Ramsay eventually got fed up after season 9 and 10 of his threat to physically harm the contestants. He had a major blow up at a chef in season 9 and literally screamed he'd beat his ass to nothing.

It's part of the challenge. Gordon tells his sous chefs to mess up on purpose and to act pissy with the contestants when they're on the pass. It's to test how the contestants would handle those situations as a head chef. I don't think Gordon would keep a sous chef that acted like a pissy little boy every time he was corrected or told to hurry up.
