I honestly think this is a great product. I didn’t need much. Car shined like crazy. Followed it up with the hydroslick hyperwax, we looking like glass baby 💎
But it's a soap, You should be testing how well it cleans a dirty panel. not a panel that already has a clean mirror finish on it. Also they have products to create the hydrophobic layer, the product you tested here is for removing dirt from your car.
This product is specifically meant for washes after car has been previously ceramic coated with their hydroslick product. Its just to enhance their hydro line. Great video but believe a lot of people are misinterpreting this video.

I got my vehicle ceramic coated a year ago and I literally just used this product today and I got a lot of water beads from it, in fact, I’d say it enhanced the water beads, this product is for maintaining your ceramic finish. I think you just have something personal against the chemical guys brand.
Thanks for the video! This echos other videos I've seen, so its definitely something to stay away from. Do you know if anyone has tried this as a rinseless wash to see if the SiO2 sticks if you just wipe it off? I'm kinda doubting it but I'm curious...

Great video man. I wonder if hydro suds would be more effective if there was a prior ceramic coat/ceramic spray coat prior to use for some rejuvenation? You have any experience with that?
the idea of that shampoo is to revitalice a ceramic coat... or extend the life of treatment, if you havent any coated surface you are wasting your money.
I use this and love it. My car is already ceramic coated and this seems to work well with that. Also our other car is not coated and this adds protection and great water beading. We get it for $12 on sale usually. We use a foam cannon and get massive suds and foam. The IK can’t compete with a pressure washer and a decent foam cannon. I have to disagree on your review. We are in Florida in rainy season and the soap works great.

This stuff TRASH Lmaoo meguiars xpress spray wax last longer then this... But that stuff good as hell. Use on interiors, window cleaner ALL Dat. Good video bro
Yeah I was super disappointed with the performance of the soap solution, I've also been a big fan of meguiars Xpress spray wax but it does strike a lot on darker colored vehicles but it works like a charm on interior pieces of the car
