- 5 egg whites
- 4 yolks
- 105 g sugar
- 20 ml of oil
- 15 g of corn starch
- 2 g baking powder
- 30 g of cocoa
- a pinch of salt
CHERRIES
- 300 g cherries
- 90 g sugar
- 10 g cornstarch
- 15 ml of water
CHOCOLATE CREAM
- 120 g milk chocolate
- 100 g whipped cream (hot)
- 4 g gelatin granules
- 2 tablespoons water
- 120 g whipped cream (cold)
FRESH CREAM
- 300g whipped cream (cold)
- 100g sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
SYRUP
- water
- sugar
- flavors according to preferences
CAKE FINISHING CREAM
- 50 g whipped cream
- 20 g powdered sugar
DECORATION
- cherries
- pistachio
