Cherry tomato and potato Frittata / Kookoo Goje Gilasi-Sibzamini / Potato kuku

Ingredients:
Egg 4
Plain Yogurt 1/2 Cup
Chopped mushrooms 5-6
Grated garlic 2 Cloves
Chopped onion 1 Medium
Grated Mozzarella 1 Cup
Chopped Scallions 100 Gr
Potatoes 2
Cherry tomatoes (to the desired amount)
Potatoes 2
Black pepper 1 Tsp
Salt 1 Tsp
Veg oil
Instructions:
Chop the mushrooms and Scallions.
Boil the potatoes.
Pour some oil in a pan and put it on the flame to heat.
Fry onion and garlic in oil.
Add the mushroom and Scallion pieces with some salt and pepper and continue frying.
After about 3-4 minutes, remove the pan from the heat. Wait for the mixture to cool slightly in the pan.
Grate the cooked potatoes in a bowl .Then add the prepared vegetable mixture to the potatoes.
Add the eggs, yogurt, mozzarella, salt and pepper. Mix the ingredients well.
Cover the desired mold with greaseproof paper and pour the mixture into it.
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half, then dip them into the ingredients.
Preheat the oven to 180° C (350° F).
Place the mold in the oven for 45 minutes.
