This pecs and arms routine at home without equipment is super effective and dynamic. You can do it anywhere to tone your body with exercises with your own weight or with the support of a resistance league. We do chest and arm training in tabata mode, which consists of doing 20 seconds of functional exercises with 10 seconds of rest until completing the 4-minute circuit ... which you can do 2 to 4 times.
