This full-body cardio workout at home is a great option for exercising and being physically active on the go!
It is a tabata training of 8 full-body exercises which is performed for 20 seconds and rests for 10 seconds.
To do this full body routine all you need on a mat, a jump rope if you don't have it you can do jumping jacks,
The functional exercises in circuit are the following:
1.dynamic squat 2. hand release push ups 3.mountain climbers 4. jump rope
5. sumo squat 6. burpees 7.flutter kicks 8. jump rope.
