Hi all. Today I'm happy to share with you a Chest and Triceps Workout at home without any iron or special equipment.
The chest and triceps are great to train in the same day, no matter what push-ups you do you always have these muscles involved! You can shift the load on your chest or triceps just a little bit, but the push-ups work these 2 muscle groups.
This video shows some of the best exercises for training your chest and triceps. If you want rapid progress and gain muscle mass, then use additional weight or a weighted vest for these exercises.
Do push-ups from your knees to make the exercise easier. Remember about regular exercise and proper nutrition, as well as a good recovery after the workout! Be sure to do a stretch at the end of your workout, and do a warm-up at the beginning of your workout!
