The exercises are suitable for any level of fitness, they are great for pumping and strengthening your chest muscles. As always, you only need a desire to become better, and in the rest I will help.
I selected the exercises in such a way that in this workout we will work all the chest areas: top, middle and bottom.
I recommend doing the workout 1-2 times a week, you can also combine it with triceps workout. I remind you to do the entire workout 2-3 times for the best effect. Also, do not forget to warm up before training and cool down after training, this will speed up your progress.
