MEGA6420 2024 MERCH DROP: shop.mega64.com/collections/m... Chester and his buddy Skip finally leave the kitchen to enter a (actually real) food competition at a local diner.
It’s so fucking funny when they zoom in on the employee staring at Rocco like he definitely knows he’s cheating and Rocco just starts self-consciously talking about how full he is
@@juan355 Yeah that’s an amazing comparison! It’s like a bit where Nathan decides to drum up more business for a local diner by partaking in the food challenge and having the camera crew show up to make people think something famous is happening and then he bitches out and starts hiding food in his hat and the owner is like “dude, I don’t really see how you’re helping my business. Here’s a shirt I guess for the memories.” And Nathan outros the episode saying “Well, they didn’t decide to continue doing business with me, but I did get to put my photo on the wall, and that should be good for my future business endeavors” and the photo has him smiling awkwardly with chili running down his face.
😂 oh man I can’t get over this video. The way the skit coincides with regular people and what they contribute to it, the lady touching Shawn and the other one saying he should make burger mac and they just have to roll with it, the waiter staring them down when Rocco cheated, the fries falling out of the fucking hat in front of everyone, just hearing “Can I have a side of mayo?” from some random dude in the background, Chester breaking character because Rocco is too funny. Jesus fucking Christ every bit from 420 this year was incredible but this is just sublime 😂 Also the philosophical conversations, Shawn saying he’s not high enough for this and all the classic rock just setting up a dreamy vibe 😢
Skip's character development from a meek mild mannered taste tester to a devious cheater capable of using his hat to further his superficial goals is insane.
Those early Christmascasts were amazing, but I feel like they naturally ran their course. Honestly, after rotten fish and piss, what would they be eating the next year, if not eight years down the line? The new Christmascasts are an interesting development. Last year was definitely the best of the new series.
