In this version ,the spices,coconut ,tomatoes,onion are roasted in the oil which gives this dish a rounded flavour- it’s a wonderful balance with the heat of the spices and chillis, the tang of tomato and tamarind, the sweetness of the crab meat.
All the dishes are accomplished with few added tweaks with our Mother's, Aunt's & Grand Mother's tips and tricks which are focused on adding taste and making a healthier dish.
Using Organic vegetables and ingredients is encouraged to bring back our lost health and hygiene.
