Chevrolet Silverado Can’t fill gas tank

I sometimes get annoyed when other shops do this to us. They have us do the "hard" stuff like diags or trouble shooting but they do the gravy work and look like the heroes. I'll bet though if that fuel pump was a different job or very difficult to do, they would let you do it. Anyway, keep up the good work!

2005 blazer wouldn't fill with gas , took off the two plastic hoses and used a 5/8' hose and couldn't blow through either side ...replaced charcoal canister all is good now

Had a anti fuel roll valve in the filler part of tank stick upward. Had to take filler hose off and free it up, never a problem again. Sure gave me the splash back.

Clogged Evap lines from a charcoal canister that went bad. My mom had a 2007 Tahoe and I replaced purge valve, charcoal canister and vent valve. What fixed the gas clicking issue was the Evap vent lines

I am not a mechanic but thinking cleaning all hoses by pumping air from the engine side and installing a piece of iron mesh in charcoal canister to prevent charcoal pellets from entering the hoses again. I am thinking to do it in Yukon 2010 gas clicking issue, Do you think it will works? thanks

Did you try blowing through the hose after you reinstalled it?
