I'd really like to do the same build, not same engine etc. I'd b interested in a basic sheet to explain the chassis work, with all cut lengths used etc.etc including what the wheel base would b if ok. Looks great and very inspiring.
Thankyou once I figure out if my cars frame is good and no bumpsteer etc I'd be more than happy to give out dimensions....just don't want to in case I made a mistakes.... Ty

How come you didn’t want to convert to f body accessories? They sit much lower and if you decide to raise the motor it won’t bother much in terms of visibility.
This is what I had to use ....I am changing to fbody oil pan for clearance issue...all my parts came from a truck to start... but actually now I'm adding twin turbos to the motor....the alternator and ac is changing locations to...manual rack....just stopped working on it ...Vegas is to dam hot for another 6 weeks...got a mess load of parts on the way as we speak...
Driving gonna be around November December ...the Vegas heat is starting in, Was 109 this weekend . Summer always slows my projects down, lol but I'm working on the standalone harness and fuel system right now...hoping to fire it up in the next few weeks ...

I have seen your v8 Beetle ....looks great....coming along really nice ...I was just checking it out on your seat install... I'm Trying to figure out exactly where my foot pedals will be and seats....I've ran into a few issues on lining my motor up ...I'm having to have it sit about a inch towards the passenger side instead of exactly center to get the driveline straight....can't makeup my mind on my decision I've changed it twice so far lol
