Dave is a prime example of true and proud American, world class in his trade, amazing father, a role model for many of us watching from all around the world and most of all, humble in his great deeds.
As a grown man and mechanic this video got tears in my eyes. Dang if I was not close to retirement and my body was not hurting I pack my tools up and park in Daves lot till he hired me.
As a single father who just got clean of fentanyl 1 year ago for my little boy I commend you for helping Americans in hard times. Lord knows us single parents need the help!
21 years ago my son was born and short after he was diagnosed with Asperger syndrome, and today we were making plans since he was accepted into medical school at UNC. I’m so proud of him I can’t find the words to say it.
Dave talks of his industry needing respect and attracting good mechanics but car manufactures are making it imposible to enjoy the work due to electronic pollution and bad designs that affect the consumer. we need Dave to testify in congress to bring change to an industry like his to bring change that will help consumers and appeal to young mechanics, we need someone like Dave to bring much needed change!
What a blessing. I have an 11 year old son with Autism and ADHD. It is not easy. Thank you for blessing this family, Dave and family. You are an inspiration to this 37yr old single dad!
@@DavesAutoCenterCenterville Hi Dave, My wife (usa citizen) and I are living in France in an hamlet. we have relatives in Montana, Alaska, Oregon. Pimp my ride -- the reasonable version. Definitely tugging at the heartstrings. All your hard work in years past has allowed you to be able to do this for someone. Congrats to all !

I’m glad that I’m not the only one in the comments that had tears in his eyes, Dave you and your family and friends have a huge heart, much respect 👍😁❤️
@@TheOnlyKontrol It's just an expression of a desire for more kind-hearted people in the world. People speak differently depending on their upbringing etc.
Brought a tear to my eye !!!! This act of kindness not only enhances the physical maintenance of the car but also uplifts the owner’s morale, fostering a sense of appreciation and connection within the community. It’s a tangible reminder of how small, selfless actions can make a significant difference in someone’s day-to-day life.keep up the great content Dave!!!!
There’s no amount of words I could come up with to say the appreciation that was done here. The world is a tough place. We need more Dave’s. This touched my heart as well. I can relate to the circumstances of working with kids that need a little extra help. Thanks Dave.
You are what Americans strive to be. You are American Patriots Dave. I can't help but say it Great men make greater men. The ways of respect for fellow humans. Is dying out and you made me cry. You are a man of my men my friend. God bless you
Those thousand of dollars jobs pays the bills, but giving time and parts and labor fills the heart and is exactly what God intends for us all to do. Thank-you, Dave, for what you're doing in front of the camera and when no cameras are around.
Me and my wife have a son on the spectrum he is our angel he is non verbal. He loves to jump on a trampoline and swing and loves having his ipad thank you for all you do.
@@JohnDenversMissingHeadyour comment history shows nothing but anger, strife, and resentment. Have you considered following Jesus instead of cowardly trolling?
Me and my wife have a 3 year old non verbal grandson that absolutely loves the exact same things! He comes to our house and the first place he pulls us to is the trampoline! Then a stop at the swing. He is such a blast and blessing for us!
Dave, kudos to you and your lovely wife for giving back to the community and sharing your success with those in need. There are so many people on social media that are only looking to make a buck. It's wonderful to see something like this. Whatever you give you will receive back ten-fold!🙏
Dave is a wonderful Christian , and human being, his wife is a saint also. Amazing humble people who have had a taste of Gods work and want to do what you’re suppose to do and spread the word of Christ and do good to others, help when you can. God bless this family. And God bless all of your employees and God bless everyone reading this. He has a plan for all of us
One thing about it you don’t rip people off when you work on their vehicle and a lot of mechanics will rip you off but you ain’t one of them you are a great person
This is really touching. Thanks for being such a selfless person Dave. Taking care of others when you’ve been blessed is the true meaning of pay it forward.
What a guy! Good on you Dave!. I do random act of kindness every now and then. Just part of our contribution to humanity.... Also it is satisfaction that money just cannot buy.
Those who are blessed, bless others! Dave you and your family are awesome! God Bless, that’s what life is all about….😊 🇺🇸 No other Nation is like ours….Love, God, Love America and Love your fellow man….
Dave! You and your team are awesome! The knowledge, the honesty, the education and the honesty is top notch!! I love watching your videos. I wish all mechanic shops were as honest as you are!!! Keep it up!! Please don’t do a deal with discovery.
🇺🇸Looked like the rear rotors were just turned not replaced great work always nice to see the businesses giving back to the community and helping people in need hopefully this will come back to you seven fold thank you sir your a good man🇺🇸
I've been a follower of Dave now for several months. While I have absolutely NOTHING to do with the auto industry, rebuilding motors, or anything remotely related to his channel, I find his messaging compelling, and his generosity to be heart warming. Thank you Dave and your entire family for leading by example. I look forward to stopping by and saying hello in person sometime this summer! .
Dave, yourself, your family, and your employees are an incredible blessing to others! “ When we are in the service of our fellow beings we are only in the service or our God “ 😊
that's how your shop goes from one of the best to the absolute best. giving back to a community that supported you can be as rewarding as all the hard work you did to get there.
Ya”ll do much more than fix cars , build engines . You reach out and help people , love on people and make a difference in their lives ! God bless you !
You had me in tears from the get go!! I love watching your videos! Thank you for looking out for those who need help!! In Sept. of "18 I was diagnosed with stage 4 very aggressive cancer and given less than 6 months. So we sold our home in the Puget Sound region and moved in with a daughter in Springdale, Ar.. For yrs doctors have been taking pieces of my left ear off and when I went to a dermatologist they sent me to University of Arkansas Medical in Little Rock where I was told I would lose my left ear, because of having had the Covid shot the I had to have 3 major operations in little over 2 days because of clotting. Finally they took skin from my left shoulder area twisted it and put leaches on it to keep the blood from clotting. I died once on the operating table and later when I was home due to the trauma on the body. But steady and slow has been the name of the recovery. When they put the leaches on I would name them, Waylon and Willie, Dolly and Patsy ect. So you have been so fun to watch in the middle of the night!! Thank you. A friend from afar!! D
That's absolutely amazingly to be able to give back to the community and one day she might be able to return the favor maybe not as big but to someone else. This gives people hope that the world isn't just full of corporate greed and there are just people out there ready and willing to help
I’m a 23 year old that runs a auto maintenance shop. Just a little over of 2 years in the business, it’s me and my brother. This video definitely inspired me into helping someone out, even if it’s just a simple brake job. These type of videos is what makes me in joy of doing what I do.
What you did there Dave is Awesome and above and beyond ! I totally believe in helping those out in need and have many times and still do when possible I'm not rich by no means but I believe in helping when it's possible ! Me an my wife and sons and my brother help with getting handicap to and from the race at Bristol Motor Speedway twice a yr through Raceway Ministries have done so for over 20 yrs ! It's a blessing to do so !
I'm 77 this month, my name is Dave also. We have similar backgrounds, auto shop 2 years in high school, own business at 18 in a gas station, then dealerships. There is no reason to over sell because when you do things right you have more work than you can handle and all that starts with PROPER diagnosis . keep up the good work
For everything bad that happens there will be something positive. I was laid off from a job of 10 years, after unemployment I decided to drive a taxi cab. Was able to work and take care of my dying mother who passed away in 2016. Then in 2017 applied to become a Transit Bus Driver where I have been driving for 6.5 years.
Gee Dave this brought tears to my eyes. god bless you your family and friends that made this possible. I wish I lived closer so I could come and shake your hand. Even though I'm in Canada and you are in Utah the thing you do for people is amazing. God bless you all at Daves Auto.
Wow! As a father an recently retired trucker here of an Autistic son who's now 34 with mental disabilities I was blown away of the kindness and great charity of redoing this ladies vehicle for her and making her so happy with even giving her a free car to use while your shop fixed hers. You just don't see that over on the east coast that much. I was taught by being OTR that once you cross the Mississippi River the people are much friendlier and more generous out west and it's true. Keep up the great work on these videos and car and truck service here just your a saint out here!
