Chia Seeds may be a 'Superfood' to many people, but simply adding them to our food & drinks occasionally, but without addressing, changing and optimizing all aspects of our Eating Habits, especially unhealthy Eating Habits that will clearly put us at higher risk of chronic diseases, is not going to help us to fully prevent and combat diabetes, cardiovascular disease and other diet-relelated chronic diseases
