Unfortunately the vast majority of Americans prefer overcooked brown omelettes. I cooked at breakfast spots for around a dozen years and it killed me to make omelettes in this fashion. I much prefer the French style where the omelette is loose and creamy on the inside. Not a touch of brown anywhere. Just beautiful yellow custard. The problem is if u serve that style in the U.S. 90% of customers will complain that it's undercooked.
Elliott doesn't get a pass to say "Shut Up" that many times and take a order on a babies head!!!!!!!! Can't stand this guy. Need TED BACK!!! Or just go all Brittney!!
Two strips of bacon, shaved ham, American cheese and an egg* cooked to order on a toasted English muffin. Served with crispy hash browns cooked with diced bacon and shredded Cheddar cheese.

I really like videos about restaurants, diners, cooking, etc, but what makes any video nearly impossible to watch is when the show becomes more about the host than the food. It's always the same...a guy who job it is to be clever, someone who never stops interrupting the show with lame jokes. I realize that the producers of the show want to liven it up, but Jesus, find someone less annoying, please!
I'd leave instantly if my waitress was rude to me wearing a shirt saying "shut up and eat". *especially* not a breakfast joint. I'm no snowflake but I don't go to restaurants for a theme I'm just hungry and possibly hungover.
Many bad reviews for this place 🤯🤯🤯 for long waits to be served. Well I guess when a place is busy, you can't expect your meal in 5 minutes- if that's the case go to McDonald's 😂😂😂
Show some respect. The lady's worked her ass off most of her life and she's a business owner with no bullshit who can share a joke with her customers. How does that match up to your life, 'Alfredio'?
