I'm thinking either an Italian burger with a spicy sausage patty or a Chinese sweet & sour burger with pineapple, bell peppers and crunchy chow mein noodles. The burgers you guys had looked delicious, and having a side you could use to scoop up the scraps was a total gangster move. That's why local places rock. ☮
