Yeah I think Bricky is on point with most of this. The character is Sternguard so I feel like more melee weapons isn't something to focus on honestly (that type of vet is specifically ranged focus) and I don't think the weapons you get really work with the strength toughness system at times. Like saying double strength does double damage isn't really going to help much when most of the times that stat applies is on enemies with 3 toughness and most die from 1 shotgun shell. But other than that, yeah it's a great shooter that wears it's welcome a bit thin half way through. Although, I guess for 20 bucks, the question is if you got, your money's worth out of it? Which is really a personal thing.

For the most part I agree with Bricky's assessment of the game. The first act was spectacular but afterwards I quickly began to notice the limitations and at this point I'm honestly not sure if I can actually be bothered to finish the game (I'm close to the end, but not completely finished) because I know there's nothing new. I also have a pretty frequent and EXTREMELY frustrating bug where melee attacks won't target enemies that are too close to walls or scenery objects and I just take hits while spamming right click desperately trying to hit them. It's gotten me killed or very close to death numerous times, and just adds to the sense that I really don't feel excited about pushing on to finish the game.

I'de say if you want to get into Warhammer on PC a laptop is just fine, but I would at least get a proper mouse to play. And also like Bricky said Dawn of War series, Mechanicus, and Boltgun are all great games that are worth at least trying.If you own a laptop made in the past decade you will have no problem playing any of these games, though I do prefer desktop immensly if at all possible.
