Try out this super yummy and super easy chicken bread bites this Iftar and am sure you will love it.
Here in this recipe I have given a simple and basic chicken filling recipe which can be used in any snack like samosa, cutlets, rolls etc.. You can make the same with meat too.

Ingredients for filling:
Chicken breast - 500gms ( Boiled n shredded )
Onion - 3 large chopped
Capsicum- 1 medium chopped
Coriander leaves - 1 cup chopped
Pepper pwdr - 1tsp
Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp
Maggie Magic Masala - 1
Ginger garlic paste - 1tsp
Oil - 3tbsp
Salt
Ingredients to boil the chicken:
500gms Chicken breast
1tsp ginger & garlic paste
1/4tsp Turmeric pwdr
Salt
Do not add water
as chicken would
release its own.
Ingredients:
Bread slices
Egg
Milk - 2tbsp for a large egg
Bread crumbs
Chicken stuffing
Oil for deep frying
Notes:
- Make sure you use soft and fresh bread.
- You can add green chili chopped / paste to make it spicy.
- Quantity of coriander leaves can be adjusted according to your choice.
