Let's get cooking!Ingredients:For the Cutlets: 250-300 grams boneless chicken, boiled and shredded 3 potatoes, boiled and mashed 1 large onion, finely chopped 2 green chilies, finely chopped 10 grams ginger-garlic, chopped 1 teaspoon cumin powder 1 teaspoon coriander powder 1 teaspoon turmeric powder 1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander leaves Salt to taste Black pepper powder to taste 100 ml oilFor Coating: 2 cups breadcrumbs 2 eggs, beaten Oil for fryingInstructions: Prepare the Chicken Filling: Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the chopped onions and sauté until translucent. Add chopped green chilies, ginger, and garlic. Sauté for a few minutes. Add salt, coriander, turmeric, and cumin powder. Mix well. Add shredded chicken and mix to combine with the spices. Cook for a few minutes until well-coated. Add mashed potatoes and mix well. Add chopped coriander leaves. Mix thoroughly. Remove from heat and let it cool. Shape the Cutlets: Once the mixture is cool, shape into round or oval cutlets. Coat the Cutlets: Dip each cutlet in the beaten eggs and roll in breadcrumbs until evenly coated. Fry the Cutlets: Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat. Fry the cutlets until golden brown and crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
