Let’s come to the masalas first :-
There are 2 Different Masalas for this Fry Piece Biryani. One is for Rice & other one is for Chicken.
1. BIRYANI MASALA INGREDIENTS FOR 750 GRAMS BASMATI RICE (KOHINOOR BASMATI RECOMMENDED)
1. Cloves -5
2. Cardamom - 4
3. Cinnamon - 2 Medium Sticks
4. Mace - 1 Small Flower
5. Bay Leaves - 3
6. Ginger garlic Paste - 2 Table Spoons
7. Salt - According to taste / 3 Teaspoons Full
8. Coriander leaves - 1 Cup
9. Star Anise - 2 Flowers
10. Green Chilies - 12 - 14 Medium Size
11. Ghee - 2 Table Spoons
12. Shah jeera - 1 Table Spoon / (Optional)
2. CHICKEN MASALA for 1 kg Chicken
1.Cloves - 5
2.Cardamom - 3
3.Cinnamon - 1 stick Medium
4.Ginger Garlic Paste - 2 Table Spoons
5.Stone Flower - pls watch the video. (chethi ninda)
6.Star Anise - 2 Flowers
7.Black Pepper - 1 Table Spoon
8.Coriander Seeds - 2 Table Spoons
9.Jeera - 1 Tea Spoon
10. Red Dry Chilis - 10
11. Red Chili Powder - 1 Table Spoon
12. Turmeric Powder- 2 Tea Spoons
13. Salt - According taste / 3 Tea Spoons full
14. Coriander leaves - 1 Cup
15. Ghee - 2 Table Spoons
16. Curry Leaves - As much as you can. i prefer 3 rupaayala karivepaku. ekkuva vesukunte kompalemi aaripovu. veelaithe intlo chinna karivepaku chettu ni penchukondi ishtamochinantha vesukovachu. Hair ki kallaki chaala manchidi.😃😃

NOTE : water should be :
If rice is 2 glasses and soaked for 45-60 minutes then take 3 1/2 glasses of water.
if you are not soaking the rice then it is 1:2 Ratio. that means for 1 glass Rice 2 glasses of water.
