Majboos also known as machboos is National dish of Bahrain & very prominent dish of Kuwait and qatar.
Majboos rice is cooked with the chicken stock and Arabic spice mix known as baharat .

Arabic spice mix (Baharat)
1 tablespoon black peppercorns
1 tablespoon cumin seeds
2 teaspoons coriander seeds
1 teaspoons whole cloves
2 cardamom pods
1½ tablespoons paprika
2 cinnamon sticks
1 nutmeg
2 bay leaves
Slightly roast the spices for 4 minutes and blend after cooling, store the mix in airtight container upto 2 months.
