*Marinate Chicken :(3 Hours)
2 Pieces chicken breast
1/2 Tbsp Goya Seasoning
1/2 Tbsp Garlic Spreard
1 Cup Butter Milk
*Coat Flour:
-First Step:
1 Cup White Flour
-Second Step:
3 Eggs
-Third Step:
2.5 Cups - Panko Crumbs
2- 4 Tbsp Garlic Speard
1.5 Tbsp Goya Seasoning
*Tomato Sauce:
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Can - La San Marzano Tomato
1 Tbsp Tomato Paste
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Black Pepper
*Fresh Pasta:
2 Cups Flour
1/2 Tbsp Salt
3 Eggs

We italians dont actually use niether panko nor breadcrumbs, cause this recipe is NOT traditionally italian, but I think this was invented by italian emigrates in America during the 1950. We in italy never mix whole pieces of meat with pasta in the same plate ahahah. It looks super tasty tho! Great job Quang!

You should save a cup of pasta water and add it to the sauce to when you toss the pasta, that way it doesn’t dry out and stays nice and moist
