I make something similar but I bake strips of pie dough to top each bowl to have the taste of the missing pie. Love soup and casserole season.

Very pretty, but I would have liked to see some more seasonings. At least add salt and freshly cracked pepper! The fresh herbs won’t do much unless cooked for a while, or they are just basically garnish.

Hi!! Yes, you can definitely use turkey. It will still be delicious. The family is doing great!! Elle is almost 4 and Cole is 1.5. They’re getting big so quickly 🥰

This is simply chicken vegetable soup. There is nothing in here that makes this "pot pie", adding something unique that makes it pot pie- ish would make more sense in order to call this a pot pie soup.
